MIKE MILLI:

Born Michael Hughes, in Los Angeles, CA, moved to Phoenix, Arizona at the age of 2. At an early age Mike Milli was drawn to music and his favorite artist were The Fat Boys, Michael Jackson and Barry White. As Mike Milli got older his musical influences leaned more towards Rap/Hip-Hop. "I remember begging my mother for two rap albums for Christmas one year; I wanted Scarface The Diary, and Snoop Dogg's Murder Was the Case, really bad.

In 2004, Mike Milli appeared on Power 92.3's Freestyle Fridays hosted by JX3 where he won his first battle broadcasted live on air. He then went on to win six more straight battles, being crowned Power 92.3s Freestyle Champion. In 2008, Mike Milli released his highly successful mix tape, Aint Nuthin Free (3,500 downloads) which included the smash hit Love Her Lust Her, and caught the attention of several labels. Mike Milli decided to turn down their offers and start his own label GBA RECORDS with his cousin James Hughes, and Daron Van Buren. "I didn’t want to just be signed as an artist and work for pennies out of every dollar and give up all artistic control of my music, instead I wanted to create an avenue to release the type of music I want to release, when I wanted. "

WOOD’SON:

Born James Hughes is a native of South Phoenix, Arizona. Hip-hop was introduced to him by his older brother at an early age. As a childhood fan, Woodson grew up listening to Ice Cube, Scarface, and MC Eiht among other west coast names. As a teenager, Woodson was introduced to the likes of Redman, Notorious B.I.G., and Canibus.The mixture of styles influenced Woodson later as an artist. With the appreciation of superior production and lyrics, Woodson aims to give listeners the same feeling about hip-hop as he did as a kid.

Even though Woodson grew up as a fan, he wasn’t inspired to get on the mic until he was urged to do so by fellow Guilty By Association members, Mike Mili (formerly known as Freedom) and Nel. After years of cultivating his flow and delivery, Woodson has found his niche by evolving from a punch line rapper to a witty lyricist. His songs paint vivid pictures with crystal clear clarity combined with catchy hooks. His aim isn’t to be a ringtone rapper, but to make thought-provoking records that listeners can feel and relate too. He recognizes that the majority of listeners can’t relate to a rock star lifestyle, but everyone can relate to love, hate, and everyday life experiences we see on a daily basis.

NEL BROOKS:

From the birth place of two of hip-hop's most prolific MC's, Notorious B.I.G, and JAY-Z, comes another Brooklyn bred MC destined to be great, Nel Brooks. Since the release of his street mixtape New Brooklyn, Brooks has been creating a wave that is undeniable.

Since a very early age Nel Brooks, knew music was his passion. "Besides my family and my team, I can’t think of anything else I love more than music." In high school, Nel Brooks began writing lyrics after his childhood friend urged him too. "Not to sound cliché', but in Brooklyn, for a young black boy growing up, you really do only have three options, drugs, ball or rhyme, and often you do all three before you find out which one your good at."

With countless mix tape appearances, and a powerful street buzz, Nel Brooks is set to release his highly anticipated album, A Book of Matches.

We have worked very hard to prepare and established a professional sound and brand image. We are proud of our music and know we have what it takes to go mainstream. RaKalid is an Egyptian hip hop artist hailing from the Midwest. Although he was born in Des Moines, Iowa he has lived & been through many places including Chicago, Baltimore, New York, Egypt and his current residence of Tempe, AZ. His experiences living in different places have allowed him to relate to many people and produce music for a wide range of audiences.

RaKalid’s Egyptian background strongly influences him as an artist and his music reflects the power and intensity of his people fighting for their freedom during the Egyptian Revolution. His track “Egypt Stand Up” illustrates his uniqueness as a rapper by exhibiting his skill to rap both in English and his native Arabic language. Even his name RaKalid is derived from two Arabic words to mean “Forever Sun.” The name RaKalid can be seen as a testament to the way in which he lives his life. In RaKalid’s world, the sun is forever shining through his optimism and positivity for life. In addition to being extremely passionate and dedicated to music, he always strives to see the best in people. He considers music as a tool to inspire change and influence others.

RaKalid’s music is as diverse as him. He has done several collaborations with artists such as Aaron Compton (Wait for me Singer/Producer) and his long time brother/friend/business partner Chino Vegaa along with DeLLo So’ Cool. RaKalid’s creativity is shown through his numerous covers for a range of songs like Lupe Fiasco’s “Hip Hop Saved My Life”, DMX “You Could Be Blind”, and Tupac’s “Temptation.” He has created a variety of tracks including some a cappella and has even performed at clubs and local spoken word competitions to showcase his versatility as a rapper and performer. His musical influences are Mos Def, Tupac, Jay-Z, Ahmed Mekky, Lupe Fiasco, and of course Frank Sinatra for his smooth style.

Pretty Boy Eloy is what he was known as. A local legend in his hometown of Columbus, GA...Pretty Boy was known to put on a show!

Born Rodolfo Eloy Perez on December 2nd, 1987 to the care of his father Rodolfo Perez and mother Carmen Perez, Eloys' passion for music was brought down from generation to generation.

It all started in his childhood days! Eloy was known around his neighborhood as "the beatmaker". Once in high school, Eloy joined the marching band as a percussionist. His talents blew the minds of many. It was in high school where Eloy ventured out into making his own music. A friend of his introduced him to a program that would soon change his life. Eloy got a hold of FL Studio (then known as Fruity Loops) and it has been all history from there. The creations put together by Mr. Perez are like no other. In the Spring of 2005, Eloy entered a local talent show with his partner at the time, D-Magic to see where his music stood amoungst his peers. He won first place at the talent show and soon realized he had the potential and thrive to take his music to the next level. Upon graduating high school, Eloy moved to the city of Atlanta to attend the Art Institute of Atlanta and study audio production. It was whie he was living in Atlanta that he grew a close friendship with the group formerly known as B5 and their family. B5 invited Eloy to tag along to their sold out Scream Tour in Atlanta and it was in that very moment that Eloy realized music is what he wanted to dedicate the rest of his life to. Though his intentions were good, Pretty Boy Eloy would not last long in Atlanta. A combination of school, work, and music left him broke and struggling. His father realized his struggles and encouraged Eloy to join the military. Eloy promised to his father to turn his life around for the better. In the summer of 2006, Eloy joined the United States Air Force.

Now with new goals, a new life, and a new budget, Mr. Perez was born! This is the time where Eloy grew from a boy to a man. From the streets of Baghdad, Iraq to Phoenix, AZ...music is what drives Mr. Perez to do what he does. Whether its performing for troops while deployed to Al Udeid, Qatar or creating a basewide anthem at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey...Mr. Perez makes an impact with his music wherever he goes.

With his catchy, unique, bass thumping beats....smooth southern swag, fresh voice and an overal appearance of a superstar!, Mr. Perez has what it takes to make a place in the music industry. His love and passion for his music is like no other. His hardwork and dedication is adored by many. Even in the miitary, he was promoted to Staff Sergeant at a rate above all others because of his work ethics, integrity, and overall demeanor.

Chezale aka Lady Maverick is a solo artist out of Arizona, originally from Pittsburgh, PA. Singing, rapping and dancing since her earlier years, she discovered that she wanted to do something with her talent and take it further around the age of 14. A special edition of the Street Heat of the week is about to hit your ears with Cut Throat Logic's "We Own the Night" featuring Raven, which is sure to be a smash hit from the veteran Phoenix Natives. Ali Cashius Jr is a Puerto Rican/Yemenese Hip Hop Artist. Born and raised in Southwest Detroit and Lares, PR. Ali is 25 years old and just released his brand new album, A Message 4 Tha People, from his label, Block Poetry Entertainment. Ali started rapping when he was 12 years old. A childhood friend challanged him to a rap battle, he locked himself in his room for a week and filled up his school notebook with battle raps. A week later his friend had forgot all about their battle, and Ali never stopped. After boxing, basketball, football, and wrestling, music became his new outlet. Sports faded away as the streets began to take over his life. Raised by a single woman, who was in and out of relationships, Ali was always running the streets, or recording songs off industry beats on his friends karaoke machine.

Despite the negativity surronding him, Ali pushed himself to continue his education, and recieved a scholarship from The Chicano Boricua Studies at Wayne State University, where he studied Latin History. Learning more about the history of his people, pushed Ali to create more meaningful music and reach out to a broader range of people with his music. Financial struggles, led to Ali moving to AZ in August, 2007, one day after his best friend was released from prison. Now Ali is 25, build a record company from the ground up, and used his student loan to pay for studio time for his new album. We can talk hood stories all day, and tell you how he is the best rapper out, but the truth lies in the music. Enjoy real music 4 real people.

Marques Elliott professionally known by Marques Elliott, Marx Alan, Jupiter Jonz, & Marques Rex is an American songwriter, singer, and producer. He was discovered by Harvey Mason, Cinque, Dboy, and Rashon “Jigg” Perry.

Marques Elliott, born in Tucson Arizona, grew up in a very musical and educated household. He plays piano mainly, and then percussion including drums and congas. He realized early on that he loved writing songs and then playing second. He moved to the Phoenix area in 2000, and graduated from ASU in 2003. He started singing locally and eventually made hits “Smokin” and “Arizona Girl” with D Boy (South Phoenix Rapper), which also lead to songs like “I Like It” and “Mira Me”. He started working with Jiggolo through local rapper J-Loc on the 98.3 Street heat of the week “Self –Esteem” which allowed their working relationship to move into vocal features with Too Short and most of the Man Up Squad. He worked with Sol Camp affiliate B$tacks and Mav to create Street heat of the Week “Jefe” featuring Chingo Bling, and “Next Level” with Mav. He’s done enough songs with Petah Roy in the Scottsdale & Orange County Pop scene, including songs “Priority” and “Pyrotechnic”. He’s also written hooks and been featured on MC Magic’s Magic City Vol 2 on “Hottest City in the World”, “B4” co-starring Tucson rapper A1Z (produced by Rocadolla) and shows his own writing and production skill on “Passenger Seat” done for A1Z. He worked with Jason “Rhythm IQ” Rydell, landing two songs on Have It Beats: Shut Up and Listen featuring artists Willy Northpole, Royce da 5’9”, and Twista. Writing wise he has written for R&B singers like Tyrese and works closely with Warner Bros Records, but also stays true to his own company Ques of Life Music.

His own project is pending release date but currently has production by the great Brian Kennedy (Rihanna, Chris Brown, Fergie, BEP), Jiggolo of Suave House, Johnny Audio, Hollywood (Andre), and of course his own.
