ENTRY:
Calling all Arizona rappers & singers with original material!! Power 98.3 is giving artists that live in the valley a chance to battle their song against other AZ artists. To enter the battle, send an email to
birdcitybattle@gmail.com and include your name, telephone number, a photograph of you or your group, and a radio edited song.
THE BREAKDOWN:
Every week, two selected artists will be chosen for the competition of their songs. Listeners will be able to vote on their favorite song which will determine the winner for that week. Once the winner is selected by voting, their song will move on to compete that next week and so on.
PARTICIPATION RULES AND REQUIREMENTS:
1)You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, a legal resident of the United States, and currently not contractually bound with any record label or management company. If you are not 18, you must have parental consent.
2)Your song must be 100% original material and shall not infringe upon any third party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights nor shall it contain any curse words, sexually explicit lyrics or mock, ridicule, or disparage.
Note: By participating in this Competition, you acknowledge and agree that even if you are not selected to advance in the Competition, Power 98.3 shall have the right to use your name, photograph, likeness, biographical information and Material in any manner or media whatsoever throughout the world in perpetuity without any further consideration to you. Please be advised that in no event will Power 98.3 have liability for the manner in which the Material is used or any claims resulting from the use by Power 98.3.
