Tubac Golf Resort and Spa is located 33 miles South of Tucson on exit 40. It has one of the finest golf courses in Arizona. It still has the original Ranch House built in the 1800's. The ranch is known for being haunted by a young boy believed to be the son of the Otero Family who drowned in the well outside. There have been apparitions of a young boy and older women. Objects are known to move in the house on their own. Help have been chased out by unseen presences and lights turn on and off by themselves. PAPS has interviewed a computer technician that was asleep on the couch when it was pushed into the wall and the curtains thrown over him. The little boy is seen constantly looking out the windows of the ranch house.
